The Easter Regatta is the first sailing event of the Club's new season as well as being the first open event in the Dragon Calendar. Traditionally, the Burnham Dragon Fleet puts on a packed programme both on the river and ashore.
As Dragon Class Captain, I will be pleased to receive your entry ASAP as firm numbers make for easier planning. I am hoping to welcome an entrant from Ostende as well as several competitors from the Medway.
The Dragon Regatta offers you a series of nine races, windward-leeward starts from a committee boat as well as river starts from the club line so there will be plenty of variety for you on the water. There will be a live band on the Saturday evening and a dinner for all competitors and friends on Sunday evening, so I'm hoping to see crowds of Dragons joining the fun!
