The RCYC is the organising authority for part of the May Bank Holiday Weekend's EAORA event and welcomes off-shore crews to the Club on the Friday evening. The committee boat will be in action early on the Saturday morning for the start of the Jane's Cup from Burnham to Medway YC, where the fleet will be entertained overnight. The reverse race takes place the following day for the Thames Estuary Shield, racing from Medway No 12 and finishing at the RCYC line.
The clubhouse will be open to welcome our visitors who will find a Bistro Menu available from 18:30 on the Friday evening with a launch service available from 18:00 until 23:00.
The Thames Estuary Shield will be presented at the Prizegiving in the Clubhouse as soon as possible after the racing is finished.
