Burns' Night will be properly celebrated with all due reverence to the Bard. The night will commence with the diners processing to the Dining Room behind the piper and the evening will unfold with all the features that are to be expected.
The Address Tae the Haggis, the Toast to the Lassies, followed by a suitable response and the Immortal Memory will be carefully woven between a suitable menu.
There will be dancing for the nimble of foot with the skirl of the pipes and the kilts to help the evening along. This is always an evening with a warm atmosphere to cheer the dark nights of January. All are welcome...
