Happy birthday, Rob...Everybody seemed extraordinarily friendly that day, waving and calling to Robert Campbell as he sailed his Dragon Quicksilver before the start of the race. It was some time later that he glanced up at the sails and read the message... Skullduggery and the connivance of friends and a local sail maker resulted in an announcement read by the entire Burnham waterfront. Here's to you, Rob!
Rob's comment, "I know who to murder for this - Rachel Young and Gerry Gray!"

707 Phantom Trophy

Phantom Trophy StartThe Phantom Trophy is raced for in 707s over a five race series, with two offshore races, 2 short inshore races and one long distance inshore race and no discards. The Phantom is the oldest known yachting trophy, pre-dating the America's Cup by 18 years and was first presented to the yacht Vestris in 1833.
