Sara is the first woman in the British history of the sport of Freediving to hold all three records: Constant Weight No Fins at 30 metres, Constant Weight at 65 metres and Free Immersion at 62 metres.
She is a comparative newcomer to this extreme sport but described her dives at Dahab in Egypt in the first week in June as 'comfortable' and reckons to be able to improve on her performance.
She is now in training for the World Championships which take place in October, by which time she is hoping to build on her success and be diving to over 70 metres, to put her in the top five women in the world. Who knows... maybe there's a world record waiting to be broken...?
